الإطار القانوني للاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر

Résumé: للقطاع السياحي أهمية اقتصادية و ذلك لمساهمته في تنشيط الاستثمار في موارد الجذب السياحي في الجزائر . كما أنه الطريق لتحقيق التنمية و التوازن الاقتصادي و الجزائر تقوم بجهود كبيرة من أجل الوصول الى الجودة وجذب رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية بتحفيز الاستثمارات في القطاع السياحي. يعتبر القطاع السياحي قطاعا حيويا يرتبط بعديد القطاعات الأخرى و اهتمت به الدول الكبرى و المنظمات الدولية كالمنظمة العالمية للسياحة (OMT) لما له من تأثير في دعم اقتصادياتها. والجزائر تسعى دوما الى تطوير القطاع السياحي و هذا من خلال اصدار العديد من التشريعات التي تدعم الاستثمار بشكل عام و الاستثمار الأجنبي بشكل خاص (قانون المالية التكميلي لسنة 2009) . The tourism sector has economic importance due to its contribution to stimulating investment in tourist attractions resources in Algeria. It is also the way to achieve development and economic balance, and Algeria is making great efforts to reach quality and attract foreign capital by stimulating investments in the tourism sector. The tourism sector is a vital sector linked to many other sectors and has been interested in major countries and international organizations such as the World Tourism Organization (OMT) because of its impact on supporting their economies. Algeria is always seeking to develop the tourism sector by issuing several legislations that support investment in general and foreign investment in particular (supplementary finance law of 2009).
