رقمنة وتثمين التراث الأرشيفي - Digitization And Valorization Of Archival Heritage

Résumé: تتزايد أهمية المشاريع الرقمية يومًا بعد يوم في الوقت الحاضر، وقد شهدت تطوراً ملحوظاً في السنوات الأخيرة في مختلف المؤسسات الوثائقية، وخاصة مراكز الأرشيف لما تتمتع به من رصيد وثائقي تاريخي ثري، فضلا عن جلب العديد من المزايا والتسهيلات لقطاع الأرشيف الأصلي في حد ذاته أو على مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للجمهور، حيث يساهم في حفظ ذاكرة الأمة وتقدير ماضي الشعوب والحفاظ على التراث الثقافي من الضياع والضرر ونقله بأمانة إلى أجيال وشعوب المستقبل، ويتحقق كل ذلك من خلال تقديم أفضل الخدمات للمستفيدين وتمكين الباحثين وأصحاب الحقوق من الوصول إلى الأرشيف في وقت قصير ودون تأخير وعناء الانتقال إلى عين المكان بأقل جهد سواء داخل الشبكات المحلية أو مباشرة على الخط، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه عملية الرقمنة في تقييم الأرصدة التاريخية في مراكز الحفظ النهائي، ويتم ذلك من خلال توضيح مفهوم عملية الرقمنة في الأرشيف وأهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى الانتقال إلى الأرشيف الرقمي، بالإضافة إلى تناول أهميتها ومراحلها وأهم المتطلبات التي تمر بها ، وإبراز أهميتها في تثمين الأرشيف في البيئة الرقمية. The importance of digital projects is increasing day by day at the present time, and they have witnessed a remarkable development in recent years in various documentary institutions, especially archives centers because of their rich historical documentary balance, as well as bringing them many advantages and advantages. Facilities for the original archive sector in itself or at the level of services provided to the public, as it contributes to preserving the nation's memory, appreciating the peoples' past, preserving cultural heritage from loss and damage, and faithfully transferring it to future generations and future peoples. All this is achieved by providing the best services to the beneficiaries and enabling researchers and rights holders to access the archive in a short time and without delay and the trouble of moving to the spot with minimal effort, whether within local networks or directly on the line. This study aims to shed light on the role played by the digitization process in evaluating the historical stocks in the centers of final preservation, and this is done by clarifying the concept of the digitization process in the archives and the most important reasons that led to the transition to the digital archive, in addition to addressing its importance, stages and the most important requirements that go through and highlighting its importance in valuing the archive in the digital environment.
