السياسة البيئية في الجزائر : آليات لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر السياسة البيئية من بين أهم الاستراتيجيات التي تسعى إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ومن هذا المنطلق سنحاول في تدخلنا هذا التركيز على الوضع البيئي في الجزائر، لتقديم التجربة الجزائرية والآليات التي اتخذتها لحماية البيئة، والتي تظهر من خلال مجموعة من الوسائل القانونية والاقتصادية المسخرة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: السیاسة البیئیة، التنمیة المستدامة، آلیات تحقیق التنمیة المستدامة. Abstract : Environmental policy is considered one of the most important strategies to achieve sustainable development, therefore, the efforts of the Algerian state varied in this area so as to be able to meet the challenges of environmental risks to future generations. It is in this spirit that we will try in our intervention, this emphasis on the environmental situation in Algeria, the Algerian experience and the mechanisms adopted to protect the environment, and through a set of legal and economic means for achieving sustainable development.
