الوصايا بالنسبة المئوية بطريق القارافي ( دراسة حسابية مقارنة ) Wills Distribution Based On Percentages Rules Of Al-qurafi (a Comparative Arithmetic Study)
Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى القسمة المباشرة للتركة المرتبطة بالوصية باستعمال النسب المئوية بقواعد القرافي الحسابية الواردة في كتاب الذخيرة، فأقدم لكل نوع من مسائل الوصايا قاعدة حسابية بسيطة تُمَكِّن أي شخص يتقن فقه الميراث من تقسيم التركة، فيتوافق ما درسه الطالب في سنوات الدراسة مع ما أقدِّمه في هذا البحث. بمنهج استقرائي مقارن. الكلمات المفتاحية: النسبة مئوية؛ مثل نصيب؛ نسبة وتناسب. This research paper aims to the direct division of the inheritance that is associated with the will, by using the percentages according to the rules of Al-Qurafi arithmetic which was mentioned in the book Al-Dakhira, so for each type of wills' issues i offer a simple rule that enables each student who mastered the jurisprudence of inheritance to divide the estate, so that it fits with what they have studied in the years of study to what is presented in this Research paper, with a comparative inductive approach.
