أثر المدّ الفرنكوفونيّ على السّياسة اللّغويّة في الجزائر المستقلّة .

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أهمّ الآثار الخطيرة للفرنكوفونيّة على السّياسة اللّغويّة في الجزائر المستقلّة، وذلك بالتّركيز على الانعكاسات السّلبيّة على قضيّة تعميم التّعريب، السّياسة التّعليميّة وإصلاحات المنظومة التّربويّة، الهويّة الوطنيّة. لهذا كان لا بدّ من البحث عن الأسباب الحقيقيّة لاستمرار هيمنة اللّغة الفرنسيّة في الجزائر، مقارنة بتراجعها أمام سرعة انتشار اللّغة الإنجليزيّة، وذلك إجابة عن الإشكالات الآتيّة: - ما الأساليب والوسائل الّتي لجأت إليها الفرنكوفونيّة للحفاظ على مكسب اللّغة والثّقافة الفرنسيّتين في الجزائر؟ - ما أهمّ أخطار الفرنكوفونيّة المنعكسة سلبا على السّياسة اللّغويّة في الجزائر المستقلّة؟ Abstract: The research aims to uncover the most serious effects of Francophone on linguistic policy in the independent Algeria by focusing on negative implications of the issue of the mainstreaming of Arabism¸ Educational policy¸ Reforms of the educational system and national identity. That’s why I had to be curious about the real causes of French dominance in Algeria¸ compared to its regression in the face of the rapid spread of English¸ this is to answer to the following problems: - What are the methods and means that Francophone used to preserve the gains of French language and culture in Algeria? - What are the most significant threat to language policy in the independent Algeria?
