Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر الفساد الإداري من مواضيع الساعة في مختلف بقاع العالم، فهو ظاهرة تمس آثارها كل مجالات الحياة وخاصة في البلدان النامية، حيث أصبح الفساد الإداري يشكل عائقا حقيقيا في طريق نموها، ونهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى التركيز على تحليل الأشكال المختلفة للفساد الإداري والعوامل المساعدة على ظهوره، وأثاره على المجتمع، ثم خلصنا إلى عرض أهم الآليات والاستراتيجيات الكفيلة بالحد من انتشاره. كلمات مفتاحية:الفساد، عوامل الفساد، أصناف الفساد، أثار الفساد، مكافحة الفساد. Abstract: Administrative corruption is considered one of the topical issues in various parts of the world, as it is a general phenomenon that affects all areas of life, especially in developing countries, as administrative corruption has become a real obstacle to its development, and we aim through this article to focus on analyzing the different forms of corruption and the factors that help its emergence And its effects on society, then we concluded by presenting the most mechanisms and strategies to limit its spread.
