الحماية القانونية للممتلكات الثقافية العقارية على ضوء التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: تتمتع الجزائر بتراث ثقافي زاخر نتيجة تعاقب العديد من الحضارات عليها، يتجسد هذا الموروث الثقافي، في شقه المادي من الممتلكات الثقافية العقارية إلا أن هذه الأخيرة تتعرض إلى عدة أخطار تهدد وجودها وكيانها. لهذا سعى المشرع الجزائري إلى وضع الأطر القانونية الملائمة لحماية هذه الممتلكات، بموجب ما ورد في القانون 98/044 المتعلق بحماية التراث الثقافي، من خلال تكريس حماية مؤسساتية وكذا إدارية للحفاظ علىيها وتثمينها. Algeria enjoys a rich cultural heritage as a result of the succession of many civilizations. This cultural heritage ,embodied in the material apartment of the real estate cultural proprety, but the latter is exposed to several dangers that threaten its existence. For this reason , the Algerian legislature has sought to put in place the appropriate legal frameworks to protect these prorities in accordance with the provisions of the cultural heritage by establishing institutional and administrative protection for its preservation and appreciation.
