رقابة التجميعات الاقتصادية كآلية لحماية المنافسة

Résumé: تهدف سیاسة المنافسة إلى تحقیق الفاعلیة الاقتصادیة ورفاهية المستهلك في إطار آلیات السوق، لذا فإنه توضع قیوداً تنظیمیة تضبط نشاط الفاعلین الاقتصاديين في الأسواق، وفي ھذا الإطار فرض قانون المنافسة الجزائري على التجمیعات الاقتصادية الخضوع لرقابة مجلس المنافسة، كلما كان من شأن التجمیع المساس بالمنافسة أو تحقیق حد یفوق %40 من المبیعات أو المشتریات المنجزة في سوق معینة. :Competition Policy aims to achieve economic efficiency and consumer welfare within the framework of market mechanisms. Thus, within the same policy, regular restrictions are putted in place to regulate the activity of economic actors in the markets. In this context, the Algerian Competition Law obliges the economic concentration to submit to the Competition Council Control. Whenever the association can affect the competition or achieve more than 40% of the sales or purchases achieved in a particular market.
