مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كآلية لإدارة اتصال الأزمات في المؤسسة دراسة وصفية تحليلية لصفحة الفايسبوك التابعة للخطوط الجوية الجزائرية خلال أزمة كورونا

Résumé: هدفت هذهِ الدراسة إلى فهم آليات الاتصال الجديدة في إدارة الأزمات عبر الفضاء الرقمي، انطلاقا من تشخيص أهداف اتصال الأزمات والدور الذي تلعبهُ مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كآلية مهمة أثناء الأزمة والتي تعتمدها المؤسسة للحفاظ على صورتها وسمعتها، والتعرف على بعض النماذج العملية من خلال تحليل مضامين الصفحة الرسمية لشركة الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية عبر موقع الفايسبوك خلال أزمة كورونا، وبعد القراءات الدلالية للمنشورات عينة الدراسة بينت النتائج أنّ إدارة الصفحة لم توفق لحد كبير في إدارة الأزمة اتصاليا عبر موقع الفايسبوك نظرا لنقص المعلومات ولضعف الاستراتيجيات الاتصالية في أغلب محتويات منشوراتها. This study aimed to understand the new communication mechanisms in crisis management through the digital space, based on the diagnosis of the objectives of crisis communication and the role that social media plays as an important mechanism during the crisis that the institution adapts to preserve its image and reputation and to identify some practical models that have relied on New media as a bet that helps it overcome problems and crises by analysing the content of Algerian Airlines' official Facebook page during the Corona crisis. After the semantic readings of the publications of the study sample, the results showed that the management of the page had largely failed to manage the crisis through Facebook because of the lack of information and the weakness of communication strategies in most of the content of its publications.
