Résumé: Woman was able to highlight excellence in the work to the level of some sectors and she is looking for all different forms of work , She went to the small business and entrepreneurship seen by another's as not related to Gender and the ability to perform under a range of circumstances surrounding most of the woman sought countries , including Algeria to the adoption of innovative development strategies of empowerment among them because it is more recognition of the concept of woman as an actor in the economic fabric , it also makes the process of development more partnership among women and men by supporting entrepreneurial women and this was the subject of our research which we ask through , which the reason for considering women’s activities in the sector of small and medium sized private enterprises as a tool to reduce their ability entrepreneurial??, and to try to cure the problem in our research we’ve relied on the field study which included a group of owners of small and medium-sized enterprises in the state of Ouargla
