دور الآليات القضائية الدولية الجنائية في حماية حقوق الإنسان

Résumé: نظرا للانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان على المستوى الدولي، وارتكاب العديد من الجرائم الدولية، حاول المجتمع الدولي إيجاد آليات قضائية دولية جنائية تعد كضمانة هامة في مجال حماية حقوق الإنسان تسعى للحد من انتشار هاته الانتهاكات ومساءلة ومعاقبة مرتكبيها تمثلت في المحاكم الدولية الجنائية سواء أكانت مؤقتة أو دائمة . تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور هاته الآليات القضائية الدولية الجنائية ومدى فعاليتها في حماية و تعزيز حقوق الإنسان من خلال إرساء دعائم العدالة الدولية الجنائية التي تحول دون تكرار ارتكاب الجرائم التي تنتهك حقوق الإنسان. In view of the grave violations of human rights at the international level, and the commission of many international crimes, the international community has tried to find international criminal judicial mechanisms that are an important safeguard in the area of human rights protection that seeks to limit the spread of these violations and to account and punish the perpetrators represented in the international criminal courts, whether temporary or permanent . This study aims to identify the role of these international criminal judicial mechanisms and their effectiveness in protecting and promoting human rights by laying the foundations of international criminal justice that prevents the recurrence of crimes that violate human rights.
