تطور وضعية القوى العاملة في الجزائر The Evolution Of The Workforce Status In Algeria

Résumé: This study aims to be now the determinants of the demand for labor force, its methods of estimation, planning and development, as well as the change in the structure of employment and unemployment trends in Algeria. One of the most important results is that unemployment is declining but the latter does not reflect the fact that it does not take into account the number of workers in the informal sector. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة محددات الطلب على القوى العاملة وطرق تقديرها والتخطيط لها وتطورها، وكذا معرفة تغير هيكل العمالة واتجاهات البطالة في الجزائر. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هو أن حجم البطالة في انخفاض لكن هذا الأخير لا يعكس الواقع كونه لا يأخذ بعين الاعتبار عدد المشتغلين في القطاع غير الرسمي.
