توافق التعليم المحاسبي في الجزائر مع متطلبات سوق العمل على ضوء المرجعية الدولية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توافق التعليم المحاسبي في الجزائر مع متطلبات سوق العمل وهذا على ضوء مرجعية دولية متمثلة في المعايير الدولية للتعليم المحاسبي كأداة قياس ومقارنة؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل الجوانب المرتبطة بالتأهيل العلمي للمحاسب، برامج التعليم المحاسبي وعلاقتها بسوق الشغل، وتم استعمال أسلوب الاستبيان لمسح آراء عينة المهنيين والأكاديميين في الجزائر. هلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها المعرفة بالمحاسبة والمقاييس المرتبطة بها في الدرجة الأولى من الأهمية في تأهيل الخريج، ثم تليها المعرفة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأدوات الاتصال والخلفية النظرية للمعارف المكملة للمحاسبة، بينما قدرة ورغبة الخريج في التعلم الذاتي والتكوين المستمر ومجالات المعرفة التي تساعد على التحليل واتخاذ القرار فهما الأقل أهمية. Abstract : This major aim of this study is to know the compatibility of accounting education in Algeria with the requirements of employment market over the light of the international accounting education standards that established and issued by the international accounting education standards board (IAESB) as a tool of measuring and comparing. To achieve this objective we have relied the descriptive approach to analyze the theoretical framework of accountant academic qualification, accounting education programs and their relationship with the employment market, and have used a questionnaire to explore the opinions of academics and professionals of accounting in Algeria. Overall, the results indicate that the accounting and its related materials are the most important for the best qualification of the university graduates, in the second place the information technology knowledge and the background of the supplementary knowledge of accounting, while the ability and the inclinations of the university graduates for the personnel education and the continuing professional development and the materials that help the accountant for analyzing and decision making are the least important.
