أثر إستراتيجية الدخول للسوق المالي على الأداء المالي للشركات دراسة حالة مؤسسة رويبة المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر للفترة 2010 _2018
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة أثر استراتيجية الدخول إلى السوق المالي على الأداء المالي للشركات، من خلال تقييم الأداء المالي والسوقي للشركة محل الدراسة خلال الفترة 2010-2018 على ثلاثة مراحل، وبالاعتماد على مجموعة من المؤشرات المالية المتمثلة في مؤشرات السيولة، المردودية، هيكل رأس المال بالإضافة إلى مؤشرات أداء سهم الشركة في السوق المالي.أجريت هذه الدراسة على شركة رويبة المسعرة في بورصة الجزائر اعتمادا على القوائم والتقارير المالية المفصح عنها قبل وبعد الإدراج ونشرات التسعير في البورصة من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل النتائج. توصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج أهمها أن الوضعية المالية لمؤسسة رويبة -حسب المؤشرات المعتمدة في الدراسة- قد تدهورت خلال سنوات الدراسة، وتحديدا في الفترة التي أعقبت دخولها إلى السوق المالي، وبالتالي فإن هذه الاستراتيجية لم تسهم في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة. نظرا للوضع المالي السيئ الذي مرت به وارتفاع حجم الديون فقد قررت سحب أسهمها من البورصة وتمت المغادرة بشكل نهائي يوم 14 جويلية 2020.This study aims to discuss the impact of the strategy of the introduction to the financial market on the financial performance of companies, by evaluating the financial and market performance of the company under study during the period 2010-2018 in three phases, and by relying on a set of financial indicators represented in the indicators of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure. In addition to the performance indicators of the company's shares in the financial market. This study was conducted on Rouiba's company listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange based on the financial statements and reports disclosed before and after listing and pricing bulletins on the stock exchange by relying on a descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the results. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the financial position of Rouiba's Foundation - according to the indicators adopted in the study - has deteriorated during the years of study, specifically in the period following its entry into the financial market, and therefore this strategy did not contribute to improving the financial performance of the institution. Due to the bad financial situation it went through and the high volume of debt, it decided to withdraw its shares from the stock exchange and the final departure was completed on July 14, 2020
