أثر التسعير في البورصة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة حالة بعض مؤسسات القطاع الخاص (أليانس-رويبة) للفترة 2006-2015
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي إبراز أثر التسعيرة في البورصة على الأداء المالي للشركات الإقتصادية بالإعتماد على مجموعة من المؤشرات المالية المتمثلة في مؤشرات الأداء الربحي، مؤشرات أداء هيكل رأس المال، مؤشرات السيولة، ومن خلال تطبيق هذه الأخيرة على شركة الرويبة وشركة أليانس المسعرة في بورصة الجزائر اعتمادا على القوائم المالية حسب النظام المحاسبي المالي للفترة (2010-2015) بالنسبة لرويبة و(2006-2015) بالنسبة لأليانس، حيث توصلنا إلى أن الأداء المالي للشركتين عرف تراجعا، نظرا لحداثة دخولها في البورصة، كما عرفت تغير في نمط الملكية.This study aims to highlight the impact of pricing on the stock exchange on the financial performance of the companies economic relying on a set of financial indicators of performance indicators profit performance, indicators capital structure, liquidity indicators and through the application of recent companies Rouiba and alliance a stock exchange quoted Algeria depending on the financial statements by the accounting system for the financial period (2010-2015) for Rouiba and (2006-2015) for alliance, where we determined that the financial performance of the tow companies knew decline due to the recent entry in the stock market as defined by a change in the ownership pattern.
