أثر تطبيق إستراتيجية التمكين الإداري على أداء العاملين في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية- وكالة تمنراست-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ما مدى تأثير تطبيق إستراتيجية التمكين الإداري على أداء العاملين في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وترقية المقاولاتية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك اعتمادا على تحليل نتائج استبيان المقابلة والذي يضم 30 فردا من جميع العاملين في الوكالة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج يمكن الاعتماد عليها في تبني إستراتيجية التمكين الإداري، حيث أثبتت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية بين أبعاد إستراتيجية التمكين وبين أداء العاملين في الوكالة، ومن أهم التوصيات المتوصل إليها من الدراسة العمل على تطبيق إستراتيجية التمكين الإداري بطريقة سليمة للحصول على أفضل النتائج، لما لها من أثر إيجابي على أداء وإبداع العاملين، وعلى التميز والاستمرارية، وتحديث وتطوير الجانب الإداري للوكالة. This study identifiesthe managerial enablement strategy effect on the employees at the national agency for developing entrepreneurship. The descriptive analytical method has been followed through using an interview survey comprising 30 employees. The study has concluded with results helping the adoptionofthis strategy. The results have proved the existence of a positive relationship between the strategy dimensions and the employees’ performance. The important attained recommendations are: working on applying the managerial enablement strategy peacefully to attain the best results, since it has a positive impact on the employees’ performance, creativity, distinction and continuity, as well as renewing and developing the agency managerial side.
