دور جودة خدمات الإتصالات في تحسين الصورة الذهنية لدى متعاملي شركة إتصالات موبيليس

Résumé: يتلخص هدفنا من هذه الدراسة في معرفة اثر جودة خدمات الاتصالات في تحسين الصورة الذهنية لدى زبائن شركة اتصالات موبيليس بولاية الوادي، أين تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تمت الدراسة على عينة من مشتركي موبيليس وذلك عن طريق توزيع استبانة ورقية والكترونية قدرت ب 406 مفرده. بينت النتائج بأن هناك تأثير معنوي بين ابعاد جودة الخدمة في شركة اتصالات موبيليس والصورة الذهنية لزبائن الشركة، كما بينت النتائج اهميه جودة الخدمة المتمثلة في أبعاد (الاعتمادية، الأمان، التعاطف) على التوالي، فأقل تأثيرا بالنسبة لبعدي الملموسية، الاستجابة. Our goal of this study is to find out the impact of the quality of telecommunications services in improving the mental image among the customers of Etisalat Mobilis in the Valley State, where the descriptive analytical approach was used.the study was conducted on a sample of Mobilis subscribers by distributing a paper and electronic questionnaire estimated at 406 items. The results showed that there is a moral impact between the dimensions of the quality of service in Etisalat Mobilis and the mental image of the company's customers, and the results also showed the importance of the quality of service represented in the dimensions (reliability, security, empathy) respectively, less impact for the dimension of concreteness, responsiveness.
