أثر تغيرات أسعار البترول على سعر صرف بالجزائري دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة Ardl للفترة (1990- 2019)

Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تغيرات أسعار البترول على سعر صرف بالجزائري خلال الفترة (1980- 2019)، مع إظهار مختلف مراحل التطور التي مرت بها أسعار البترول وسعر الصرف في الجزائر، وتم قياس أثر انعكاس التقلبات باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة توازنية بين أسعار البترول وسعر الصرف بالجزائري في الأجلين القصير والطويل، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة سببية بين سعر النفط وسعر الصرف في اتجاه واحد، وان النموذج لا يعاني من المشاكل الاقتصادية والإحصائية والقياسية، مع ثبات المقدرات عبر الزمن ما يفسر استقرار معادلة سعر الصرف بالجزائري خلال فترة الدراسة. This study aims to measure The impact of oil prices fluctuations on Exchange Rate in Algeria during the period from 1980 to 2019, whit showing the different stages that passed by the oil prices and the exchange rate in Algeria. The impact of fluctuations was measured using Autoregressive-Distributed Lag Model ARDL. The study concluded that there was an equilibrium relationship between the oil prices and the exchange rate in Algeria in the short and long term. In addition to the existence of a causal relationship between the oil price and the exchange rate in one direction, and that the model does not suffer from economical, statistical and record problems, with the stability of capabilities over time, which explains the stability of the Algerian Equalizing the exchange rate during the study period.
