Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تغيرات أسعار البترول على الاستقرار النقدي بالجزائري خلال الفترة (1980- 2020)، مع إظهار مختلف مراحل التطور التي مرت بها أسعار البترول ومعامل الاستقرار النقدي في الجزائر، وتم قياس أثر انعكاس التقلبات باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة توازنية بين أسعار البترول ومعامل الاستقرار النقدي بالجزائري في الأجلين القصير والطويل، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة سببية بين سعر النفط ومعامل الاستقرار النقدي في اتجاه واحد، وان النموذج لا يعاني من المشاكل الاقتصادية والإحصائية والقياسية، مع ثبات المقدرات عبر الزمن ما يفسر استقرار معادلة معامل الاستقرار النقدي بالجزائري خلال فترة الدراسة. This study aims to measure the impact of oil prices fluctuations on the monetary stability in Algeria during the period (1980-2020), showing the various stages of development that oil prices and the monetary stability factor have gone through in Algeria, . The impact of fluctuations was measured using Autoregressive-Distributed Lag Model ARDL. The study found an equilibrium relationship between oil prices and the Monetary stability coefficient in Algeria in the short and long terms, in addition to the existence of a causal relationship between the oil price and the monetary stability coefficient in one direction, and that the model does not suffer from economic, statistical and standard problems, with the stability of capabilities over time, which explains Stability of the monetary stability coefficient equation in Algerian during the study period.
