الأسرة و الزواج في بلاد المغرب في العصر الوسيط

Résumé: تعتبر الأسرة اللبنة الأساسية لبناء أي مجتمع كان، كما يعتبر الزواج السبيل الوحيد لتكوين الأسر، خاصة في المجتمعات الإسلامية التي تعتبر وجود أسرة في غير إطار الزواج، أمرا محرما شرعا، وغير مقبول أخلاقيا، وفي هذا الصدد فإن الشريعة الإسلامية حثّت، ضرورة وأهمية الزواج، والملاحظ أن عادات وتقاليد الزواج في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي، لم تتغير كثيرا عما هي عليه الآن، وربما كان الفرق في النظرة للزواج بين مجتمع اليوم، ومجتمع الأمس ففي حين نرى الرجل في أيامنا هاته عازف عن الزواج فإن الرجل في العصر الوسيط، كان يولي أهمية قصوى لتكوين الأسرة و إنجاب الأولاد. Family and marriage in the Maghreb in the Middle Ages Abstract : The family is the basic building block of any society, and marriage is the only way to form families, especially in Muslim societies which consider the existence of a family outside marriage as a sin and morally unacceptable matter in Islamic law. In this regard, Islamic law has urged on the necessity and importance of marriage. It is noted that the customs and traditions of marriage in the Islamic Maghreb have not changed much from what they are now; however, the difference may lie in the view of marriage between today's society and yesterday's society. While man is nowadays reluctant to marry, the man in the Middle Ages used to attach great importance to the family and the birth of children.
