Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة مدى تأثير المرافقة المقاولاتية على عملية التخطيط في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحليل استبانة وجهت لعينة من المقاولين المستفيدين من مرافقة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب لولاية البرج بوعريرج وخلصت الدراسة الى وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمرافقة المقاولاتية على عملية التخطيط في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة This study aims to figure out to what extent entrepreneurship accompaniment affects the planning process in in small and medium-sized enterprises. by relying on the descriptive analytical approach, a questionnaire was analyzed, which was directed to a sample of contractors benefiting from the accompaniment of the National Agency for Supporting Youth Employment in Bordj BouArreridj district The study concludes that entrepreneurship accompaniment has statistically significant effect on planning process in SME.
