Résumé: تهدف هده الدراسة الى التعرف على العلاقة التأثيرية بين أبعاد ذكاء الاعمال والتميز التنظيمي من خلال الدور الوسيط للإبداع الاداري، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة قصدية (عمدية) مكونة من (125) مفردة من الإطارات والإداريين لمجمع صيدال (المديرية العامة)، وهذا قصد الوصول إلى نتائج اكثر دقة على هذا الموضوع من قبل العينة المستهدفة، وتم في هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان، حيث تضمن المحور الأول بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية، والثاني أبعاد ذكاء الاعمال، والثالث عبارات حول متغير الابداع الاداري، والرابع عبارات التميز التنظيمي، وتم في هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية لتحديد العلاقات التأثيرية بين المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع في وجود المتغير الوسيط، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أفراد العينة المستجوبة يعتبرون أن هناك علاقة قوية بين المتغير المستقل (ذكاء الاعمال) و المتغير التابع (التميز التنظيمي) في وجود المتغير الوسيط (الابداع الاداري). الكلمات المفتاحية: ذكاء الاعمال، الابداع الاداري، التميز التنظيمي، النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية. تصنيف JEL: O31,L86,C2 This study aims to identify the influential relationship between the dimensions of business intelligence and organizational excellence through the mediating role of managerial creativity, and to achieve the objectives of the study, an intended sample of (125) was selected. From the employees of Saidal Complex (General Directorate) in order to reach more accurate results on this subject through the study sample. In this study, the questionnaire was relied upon, and the first axis included the personal characteristics of the target sample. The second axis is business intelligence, the third is administrative creativity, and the fourth is organizational excellence. The study concluded that the respondents believe that there is a strong relationship between the independent variable (business intelligence) and the dependent variable (institutional excellence) in the presence of the mediating variable.
