دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تنمية الإبداع الإداري بالمنظمات المعاصرة- رؤية تحليلية-

Résumé: ملخص في ظل المتغيرات العالمية الجديدة، التي أفرزتها المعطيات الاقتصادية والثورة المعلوماتية والتكنولوجية، أصبح الإبداع الإداري والابتكار والتنوع سمة أساسية من سمات المنظمات المعاصرة، كما أن تطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال و ازدياد المعرفة و انتقال الاقتصاد من النمط التقليدي إلى اقتصاد رقمي قائم على المعرفة مما ساهم في ازدياد دور الأفكار الإبداعية. ولقد استفادت منظمات الأعمال المعاصرة كثيرا من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وآلياتها في تحسين أدائها و إنتاجيتها. مما جعلها تنتهج عدة أساليب وإستراتيجيات للابتكار والإبداع. وبناء على كل ما سبق تهدف هذه الدراسة في التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين أداء المنظمات من خلال تبني الإبداع الإداري. Abstract In light of the new global changes produced by the economic data and the information and technological revolution, administrative creativity, innovation and diversity have become a basic feature of contemporary organizations, as well as the development of information and communication technology and the increase in knowledge and the transition of the economy from the traditional pattern to a knowledge-based digital economy, which contributed to The increasing role of creative ideas. Contemporary business organizations have benefited a lot from information and communication technology and its mechanisms to improve their performance and productivity. Which made it adopt several methods and strategies for innovation and creativity. Based on all of the above, this study aims to identify the role of information and communication technology in improving the performance of organizations through the adoption of administrative creativity.
