دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسات المعاصرة

Résumé: ملخص يمكن اعتبار الإدارة الالكترونية محصلة لتطور وانتشار تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وولوجها مختلف القطاعات، وهو ما جعلنا نسلط الضوء في هدا المقال على دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحقيق كفاءة الأداء بمنظمات الأعمال، وكيف أثر ذلك على تبني إدارة الجودة الشاملة بهاته المنظمات، حيث توصلنا إلى ضرورة تبني الإدارة الالكترونية بالمنظمات المعاصرة وذلك باعتماد إدارة الجودة الشاملة. Abstract Electronic management can be considered as a result of the development and spread of information and communication technology and its penetration into various sectors, which is what made us shed light in this article on the role of electronic management in achieving efficient performance in business organizations, and how this affected the adoption of total quality management in these organizations, where we reached the need to adopt management Electronic systems in contemporary organizations by adopting Total Quality Management.
