صراع الدور وعلاقته بالإصابة بالصداع النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة

Résumé: أجري هذا البحث تحت عنوان : صراع الدور وعلاقته بالإصابة بالصداع النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة (2014 م) , يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن ارتباط صراع الأدوار للمرأة العاملة بالإصابة بالصداع التوتري , كما يهدف للكشف والتحقق من وجود صراع الأدوار لدى المرأة العاملة . تكونت العينة من 60 موظفه تم اختيارهن بشكل عشوائي من موظفات القطاعات الخاصة والعامة في مدينة الرياض اللاتي تتراوح اعمارهن بين 25 سنة إلى 40 سنة الحاصلات على درجة البكالوريوس والماجستير كمؤهلات علمية وتتصف العينة بالتنوع في الحالة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية قامت الباحثة بتطبيق مجموعة بطاريات تتكون من ( مقياس تشخيص الصداع النفسي ,إعداد زينب شقير , 2003 م الطبعة الأولى ) و(مقياس صراع الأدوار إعداد محمد أدم 1980 , تعديل سميرة شند 2000 الطبعة الأولى ) . تحدد فرض البحث بأنه توجد علاقة بين صراع الدور لدى المرأة العاملة والإصابة بالصداع النفسي، استخدمت الباحثة أسلوب حساب المتوسط والانحراف المعياري ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون كأساليب احصائية في المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين صراع الدور والصداع النفسي عند مستوى (0.05) ، وبذلك قد تحقق بالفرض وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين صراع الدور والإصابة بالصداع النفسي . الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية : This research was conducted under the title Role Conflict and its Relation to Psychological Headaches for working women (2014),The research aims to detect Role conflict of working women causing tensive headache , also aims to detect and verify the existence of the roles conflict of working women , The sample consisted of 60 employees were randomly selected, employees from the private and public sectors in Riyadh, aged between 25 years old to 40 years, women with bachelor's and master's degree, the sample were vary socially and economicaly , the researcher applying group of batteries consisting of (the diagnosis of psychological headaches scale, by Zainab Shuqayr 2003 First Edition, and Roles Conflict Scale by Mohammed Adam, 1980, adjusted by Samira Chand 2000 first edition). The hypothesis of the search indicates that there is a relationship between role conflict among working women and having psychological headache, The researcher used the method of calculating the average and standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient as statistic methods for the statistical data processing. The results reveal that there is a correlation relation with satistical indication between the role conflict and psychological headaches at level (0.05), so hypotheticaly achieved that there is a correlation relation between role conflict and having psychological headache
