ظاهرة العولمة و تأثيره سيادة الدول The Phenomenon Of Globalization And Its Impact On State Sovereignty

Résumé: ملخص: لقد مرت السيادة من فكرة فلسفية إلى مبدأ قانوني في القانون الدولي، وقد تضمنها ميثاق الأمم المتحدة في معاملات الدول فيما بينها، وفي العلاقات الدولية عموما. في القرن العشرين ظهر مصطلح العولمة، الذي يعني تأثر كل دولة بما يحدث في الدول الأخرى في كل المجالات، كما بدأت فكرة التدخل في شؤون الدول بالارتكاز إلى ميثاق الأمم المتحدة من خلال التدخل الإنساني ثم توسع ذلك يشمل مجالات أخرى. نهدف إلى دراسة التداخلات بين السيادة والعولمة وتأثيراتها. كما تكمن أهمية دراستنا في توضيح تأثير العولمة على العلاقات الدولية والمعاملات بين الدول وموقف السيادة من ذلك، و نتبع من أجل ذلك المنهج التحليلي، والمنهج الوصفي. Abstract: Sovereignty has passed from a philosophical idea to a legal principle in international law. The Charter of the United Nations has included it in the dealings of states among themselves, and in international relations in general. In the twentieth century, the term globalization appeared, which means that each country is affected by what is happening in other countries in all fields. The idea of interfering in the affairs of states began to rely on the Charter of the United Nations through humanitarian intervention, then it expanded to include other areas. We aim to study the interactions between sovereignty and globalization and their effects. The importance of our study also lies in clarifying the impact of globalization on international relations and inter-state transactions and the sovereignty's position on that, and for that we follow the analytical approach and the descriptive approach.
