إستراتيجيات إدارة المخاطر النفسية والاجتماعية في بيئة العمل -نحو تطوير ثقافة السلامة والصحة المهنية-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الاستراتيجيات المحتملة لإدارة الأخطار المهنية النفسية والاجتماعية والتي يحتمل أن يتعرض لها بعض العمال في بيئة العمل بصفة دورية، بالرغم من وجود تعليمات وأنظمة السلامة المهنية، إلا هذا لا يعني أن العامل غير معرض للمخاطر المهنية وعليه يجب حماية العمال من المخاطر المهنية التي قد يتعرضون لها. ويمكن تحقيق ذلك من خلال عملية إدارة المخاطر، والتي تتضمن تحليل المخاطر وتقييم المخاطر وممارسات الوقاية من المخاطر ومكافحتها. من أجل تنفيذ عملية إدارة مخاطر فعالة، من الضروري أن يكون لدينا فهم واضح للسياق القانوني والمفاهيم وتحليل المخاطر وعمليات التقييم والوقاية والسيطرة والدور الذي يلعبه جميع المعنيين. ومن المرغوب فيه أيضًا أن ترتكز إدارة المخاطر على منهجيات قوية ومختبرة للوصول إلى ثقافة السلامة والصحة المهنية. This current study aims to identify potential strategies for managing the psychological and social occupational hazards that some workers are likely to be exposed to in the work environment on a periodic basis. Despite the existence of occupational safety instructions and regulations, this does not mean that the worker is not exposed to occupational hazards, and therefore workers must be protected from Occupational risks to which they may be exposed. This can be achieved through the risk management process, which includes risk analysis, risk assessment, and risk prevention and control practices. In order to implement an effective risk management process, it is essential to have a clear understanding of the legal context, concepts, risk analysis, assessment, prevention and control processes and the role played by all involved. It is also desirable that risk management be based on robust and tested methodologies to achieve a culture of occupational safety and health.
