Résumé: This study aims to shed light on the conversion of conventional banks to Islamic banking by creating Islamic windows .and this is to identify the various challenges and obstacles that prevent these banks from providing Islamic banking services to find out the most important requirements necessary to open Islamic windows in Algerian public banks from the point of view their employees. the results of the study concluded that the success of Islamic windows in Algerian banks is subject to providing a set of necessary requirements such as issuing a law on Islamic banking. And that Islamic banking work is subject to the supervision of the sharia supervisory board. And developing human resources to understand the nature of Islamic banking and its legal controls.
