واقع التعليم عن بعد بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة عدن في ظل جائحة كورونا التحديات والحلول

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع التعليم عن بعد بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة عدن في ظل جائحة كورونا, وتسليط الضوء على تجارب بعض الدول الأجنبية والعربية لاستكمال العملية التعليمية في ظل الجائحة, بالإضافة إلى الوقوف على تحديات التعليم عن بعد في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة عدن واستخلاص الحلول اللازمة لمعالجة التحديات والمساهمة بقائمة من التوصيات. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن البلدان الأجنبية والعربية نجحت بالاستمرار في العملية التعليمية في ظل جائحة كورونا واعتماد التعليم عن بعد كبديل للتعليم التقليدي وإن تباينت في مستوى النجاح نتيجة التفاوت في الإمكانات ومدى جاهزيتها في الانتقال للتعليم الرقمي, كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عجز النظام التعليمي في محافظة عدن عن تفعيل التعليم عن بعد وتلبية متطلباته في ظل الجائحة نتيجة العديد من التحديات التي حالت دون نجاحه في استمرار العملية التعليمية منها عدم توفر الإمكانات المادية, ضعف البنية التحتية التقنية, وعدم توفر الخبراء المتخصصين في تصميم المحتوى الرقمي. وفي ضوء تلك التحديات تم وضع قائمة من الحلول لمعالجتها منها وضع خطة استراتيجية للتغلب على التحديات ووضع سياسات وتشريعات ملزمة لتفعيل التعليم عن بعد في النظام التعليمي لوزارة التربية والتعليم ففي محافظة عدن. The current study aimed to show the reality of distance education in Aden public education schools in light of the Corona pandemic, shed light on the experiences of some foreign and Arab countries to complete the educational process in light of the pandemic, understand the challenges of distance education such schools and reach necessary solutions to address the challenges and contribute a list of recommendations. The study used the descriptive analytical method to answer the research questions. The study concluded that Arab and foreign countries have succeeded in continuing the educational process under the Corona pandemic and the adopted distance education as an alternative to traditional education, although they varied in the level of success as a result of the disparity in capabilities and the extent of their readiness to move to digital education. The study also showed Aden governorate’s educational system inability to activate distance education and meet its requirements in light of the pandemic due to many challenges that prevented its success in continuing the educational process including the lack of material capabilities, poor technical infrastructure and the lack of experts specialized in digital content design. In light of these challenges, a list of solutions has been developed to address them including the development of a strategic plan to overcome such challenges and develop binding policies and legislation to activate distance education in the educational system for education Ministry in Aden governorate.
