Méthodologie Des Enquêtes Emploi En Algérie

Résumé: ان تطبيق بيانات إحصائية عن العمالة والبطالة وقوة العمل هي مهمة جدا سواء على المستوى الوطني أو الإقليمي أو الدولي، وتستخدم هذه البيانات من قبل الاقتصاديين في سوق العمل والمحللين والخبراء الاستشاريين، والمخططين، المتنبئين والأكاديميين والباحثين لأجل رسم سياسات اقتصادية فعالة و ناجعة. ويستند تطوير مسح العمالة على نظام معقد حيث يبتدا من تصميم الاستبيان الى غاية نشر النتائج من خلال اختيار العينة وجمع البيانات و تقدير. وتهدف دراستنا في هذا البحث لوصف الخطوات العلمية الهادفة لسبر الأراء للعمالة في الجزائر، من خلال السكان المستهدفين، ودورية سبر الاراء والتعريف بالمتغيرات والمفاهيم الأساسية الخاصة بالدراسة. وفي الأخير توصلنا الى نتائج جد هامة المخصصة لتطوير تقنيات سبر الاراء الخاص بالعمالة في الجزائر. وبالتالي فإن مسح العمالة في الجزائر يجب توسيع موظفيها من خلال دمج المزيد من المتخصصين لتحسين نوعيته. الكلمات المفتاحية: العينات، التوظيف، البطالة، سبر الاراء للعمالة. Abstract : The demand of statistical data on employment, unemployment and the labor force is very important, whether at national, regional or international level, this data is used by economists of the labor market, analysts, consultants, planners , forecasters and academics and re-searchers. The elaboration of the employment survey is based on a complex device that goes from the designing of the questionnaire until to publication of results through the sample selection, data collection, sample recovery and the estimate. Our study aims to describe the objectives of employment surveys in Algeria, through the target population, the frequency of the survey and the definition of variables of interest and concepts. We concluded that the number assigned to develop the survey employment in Algeria is too large and in some cases not qualified for certain tasks. Therefore employment survey in Algeria should expand its staff by integrating more specialists in order to improve its quality of data set.
