Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية الاقتصاد المعرفي ومدى مساهمته في تطوير وتحسين الأوضاع الاقتصادية سواء بالنسبة للمؤسسات أو الدول، فهو ذلك الاقتصاد الذي تمثل فيه المعرفة عنصر الإنتاج الأساسـي والقـوة الدافعـة لتكـوين الثـروة، وقد تم التطرق لتجربة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن اقتصاد المعرفة ذو أهمية بالغة في الحياة الاقتصادية، فهو يساعد في الاستفادة من جميع التطورات والممارسات الجديدة المتعلقة بالعمل وبخط سير العمل في مختلف المجالات، كما أن الاقتصاد المبني على المعرفة يعد عاملاً من العوامل الرئيسية التي ساهمت في البناء والنهوض بالعديد من الدول النامية إلى مصاف الدول المتقدمة. This study aims to identify the importance of the knowledge economy and the extent of its contribution to the development and improvement of economic conditions, whether for institutions or countries. It is an economy in which knowledge is the main production element and the driving force for wealth creation, and the experience of the United Arab Emirates has been discussed. This study found that the knowledge economy is critical to economic life. It helps to take advantage of all new developments and practices related to work and the line of work in various fields. A knowledge-based economy is one of the key factors contributing to the construction and advancement of many developing countries as developed countries.
