أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على السلوك الإبداعي دراسة حالة مؤسسة مغرب سيراميك-تقرت-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إظهار اثر الثقافة التنظيمية على السلوك الإبداعي بمؤسسة مغرب سيراميك, وذلك من خلال التعرف على أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية والمتمثلة في القيم والمعتقدات والأعراف والتوقعات التنظيمية, وكذا أبعاد السلوك الإبداعي, ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء وتطوير استبيان يتضمن 48 بند للمتغيرين الدراسة, حيث اشتملت العينة على 42 عامل وزعا عليهم الاستبيان كما تم إجراء مقابلة والذين يعتبران من أدوات جمع البيانات, حيث تم القيام بتحليل البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةspss , وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالي:يوجد ثقافة تنظيمية في مؤسسة مغرب سيراميك مرتفعة, ويوجد سلوك إبداعي لدى عمال مؤسسة مغرب سيراميك مرتفع,كما يوجد ارتباط ضعيف بين الثقافة التنظيمية والسلوك الإبداعيThe study aims to show the impact of organizational culture on the creative behavior of the Moroccan Ceramic Foundation by identifying the dimensions of the organizational culture represented in values, beliefs, customs and organizational expectations, as well as the dimensions of creative behavior. To achieve this goal, The sample consisted of 42 workers who were interviewed and interviewed. These data collection tools were used to analyze data using the social statistical package (SPSS). The study found the following results: There is an organizational culture in a seductive institution Ceramics are high, creative behavior exists among workers of the Moroccan Ceramic Foundation, and there is a weak correlation between organizational culture and creative behavior.
