دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تفعيل الميزة التنافسية للمنظمات العربية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للميزة التنافسية، والتطرق إلى التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأهم معوقاته في المنظمات العربية، وإبراز مساهمة التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تفعيل الميزة التنافسية للمنظمات العربية. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن التخطيط الاستراتيجي يساهم في تفعيل الميزة التنافسية للمنظمات العربية من خلال تحديد وصياغة القضايا الجوهرية والاتجاهات الإستراتيجية للمنظمات العربية لتكون الأساس والمنطق في توجيه كل عملياتها ووظائفها الإدارية، والعمل على رفع مستوى الوعي بالتغيير الحادث في البيئة الخارجية. Abstract : This study aims to identify the conceptual framework of competitive advantage, and to address the strategic planning and the most important inhibitors of the Arab organizations, and to highlight the contribution of strategic planning in the activation of the competitive advantage of the Arab organizations. The study found a number of results that the most important strategic planning contributes to the activation of the competitive advantage of the Arab organizations by identifying and formulating the core issues of strategic and trends of the Arab organizations to be the basis and logic to guide all operations and administrative functions, and work to raise awareness of the change, the incident in the external environment.
