التخطيط الاستراتيجي و دوره في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية دراسة حالة مؤسسة الاسمنت بالاغواط

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف علـى دور التخطـيط الإسـتراتيجي ومدى مساهمته في تفعيل الميزة التنافــسية، حيث قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى جزئين، جزء نظري حاولنا فيه الإلمام بجميع جوانب الموضوع بدءا بالجانب النظري للتخطيط الاستراتيجي و الميزة التنافسية، محــاولين إبــراز أهميـة التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحقيــق الميزة التنافســية، و جــزء تطبيقــي اســتخدمنا الإسـتبانة كأداة لجمـع البيانـات حيـث قمنـا بتوزيع الإسـتبانة بهدف استطلاع آراء مؤسسة الاسمنت بالاغواط، حيث توصلنا إلى وجـود تطبيق لعملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة الاسمنت بالاغواط من خلال قدرة الإدارة على تحليل متغيرات داخلية وخارجية وصياغة الخطة وتنفيذها للحصول على ميزة تحسن بها المؤسسة وضعها التنافسي. Abstract : The aim of this study is to highlight the role of the strategic planning, and its contribution in accelerating the competitive advantage .So this study is divided into two parts. The first part talks about the subject's aspects beginning with the theoretical side of the strategic planning and the competitive advantage. In try to identify the importance of the strategic planning in achieving the competitive advantage. The second part is a practical side, we collect data from a questionnaire in order to gather informations and views from Laghouat Cement corporation. We reached that there is an application of the strategic planning in releasing the competitive advantage through the ability of the administration in analyzing the internal and the external variables. In addition to formulating and applying a plan to obtain a strategy to improve the competitive position of the association .
