فعالية الضريبة البيئية في توجيه سلوك حماية البيئة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية "دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات البترولية بحاسي مسعود"
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الضرائب البيئية في توجيه سلوك حماية البيئة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وتم اختبار هذا التأثير ميدانيا من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبيان التي تم توزيعها على عينة مكونة من 30 مؤسسة بترولية ناشطة في منطقة حاسي مسعود مختلفة الجنسية والعمر والنشاط. وتوصلت الدراسة أن السلوك السائد اتجاه حماية البيئة للمؤسسات محل الدراسة هو السلوك الممتثل، وأن الضريبة البيئية تؤثر على سلوك المؤسسات البترولية اتجاه حماية البيئة، وهذا التأثير لا يختلف باختلاف جنسية وعمر ونشاط المؤسسات.The aim of this study is to find out the impact of environmental taxes in guiding environmental protection behavior in economic institutions. This effect was tested on the ground by using the questionnaire tool, which was distributed to a sample of 30 oil companies active in the Hassi Massoud area with different nationality, age and activity. The study concluded that the prevailing behavior towards the environmental protection of the institutions under study is the compliant behavior, and that the environmental tax affects the behavior of the petroleum institutions towards the protection of the environment, this effect is not different depending on thenationality, age and activity of the institutions.
