تأثير أدوات السياسة البيئية على سلوك حماية البيئة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات بولاية ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور السياسة البيئية في تجسيد سلوك حماية البيئة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال الأدوات التنظيمية، الاقتصادية والمقاربات الطوعية، كما سنحاول معرفة تأثير هذه الأدوات على مختلف السلوكيات اتجاه البيئة (دفاعي، ممتثل، واعي)، وعلى الجانب المالي للمؤسسات محل الدراسة، من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبيان التي تم توزيعها على عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية في ولاية ورقلة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن السلوك السائد اتجاه حماية البيئة للمؤسسات محل الدراسة هو السلوك الممتثل وبأن أدوات السياسة البيئية تحسن من صورة المؤسسات التي تتساير مع هذه الأدوات، وتسعى لتبني سلوك واعي اتجاه حماية البيئة، كما تؤثر أيضا هذه الأدوات على سلوك المؤسسات محل الدراسة اتجاه حماية البيئةThis research paper aims at identifying the role of environmental policy in interpreting the behaviors of protecting the environment in the economic institutions through regulatory tools, economic and voluntary approaches. We will try to know the effect of these tools on different behaviors towards the protection of the environment and on the financial side of the institutions currently studied.To reach that aim a questionnaire was distributed to a some of economic institutions in the state of Ouargla, . The research paper concluded that the prevailing behavior towards the environmental protection of the institutions currently studied is compliance behavior. Theenvironmental policy tools improve the image of institutions that are consistent with these tools and seek to adopt conscious behavior towards environmental protection. These tools also affect the behavior of the institutions under study towards the protection of the environment.
