توظيف نموذج راش في التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس مستوى الطموح

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس مستوى الطموح لمعوض وعبد العظيم (2005) باستخدام نموذج راش وبواسطة برنامج Winsteps، حيث تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة من (200) طالباً وطالبة من الطلبة المسجلين على مستوى جامعة غرداية، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى إعادة تدريج فقرات المقياس بعد حساب معاملات صعوبة البنود بوحدة اللوجيت، كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى أن المقياس يتمتع بمؤشرات صدق وثبات مقبولة باستخدام نموذج راش. This study aimed to verify the psychometric characteristics of the scale of the level of ambition for Moawad and Abdelazim (2005) using the rash model and by winsteps program, the scale was applied to a sample of 200 male and female students in Ghardaia University for the academic year 2019/2020, the results were reached to re-grading the scale items after calculating the items difficulty coefficient in the logit unit, the study also found that the scale has acceptable reliability and validity indicators.
