الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بين التصلب والمرونة المعرفية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط وعلاقته بأسلوبي التصلب مقابل المرونة المعرفي. ولأجل التحقق من ذلك اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي، مستخدمين مقياسي: التصلب مقابل المرونة المعرفي للدليمي(2013)، ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي "لسيدمان وزاجر" (1986) ترجمة وتقنين عادل عبد الله محمد(1994)على البيئة العربية، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة مقدارها (117) أستاذ وأستاذة ببعض المتوسطات لولاية الوادي. وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات تم التوصل للنتائج التالية: - يتميز أغلبية أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بمستوى احتراق نفسي مرتفع. - لا توجد علاقة بين أسلوبي التصلب مقابل المرونة المعرفي والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. - لا تختلف درجات الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط باختلاف الجنس والخبرة المهنية ومادة التخصص. This study investigates the level of psychological burnout among middle school teachers and its relationship with the two styles of cognitive rigidity versus flexibility. To conduct the study, we adopted the descriptive approach, using two scales: cognitive rigidity versus flexibility of Al-Dulaimi (2013), and the psychological burnout scale of Seidman and Zeger (1986), which was translated and adjusted to the Arab environment by Adel Abdullah Muhammad (1994). The subjects of the study were 117 middle school teachers from some schools in El Oued. After statistical analysis of data, the following results were obtained: a) the majority of middle school teachers are characterised by a high level of psychological burnout, b) there is no relationship between the two styles of cognitive rigidity versus flexibility and psychological burnout among middle school teachers, and c) the degrees of psychological burnout for middle school teachers are not different according to gender, professional experience, and specialisation. الكلمات المفتاحية
