الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الاحتراق النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، ولتحقيق ذلك تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وذلك بتطبيق مقياس الاحتراق النفسي ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز على عينة قدرت ب60 أستاذا وأستاذة، ومن الاساليب المستخدمة اختبار ت لعينتين مستقلتين وتحليل التباين الأحادي. وتم استخدام الحزمة الاحصائية لمعالجة البيانات spss وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الاحتراق النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدافعية للإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدافعية للإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. قال ChatGPT: ChatGPT This study aimed to explore the correlation between burnout and achievement motivation among middle school teachers.
