إعداد مُعجم آلي عَرَبِيّ- الواقع والتَّحدِّيَات-

Résumé: أصبحت اللُّغة العربيَّة اليَوم تُواجِه تَحديَّات عَديدة تَستدعي النُّهوض بِواقِعها مِن أجل مُواكبَة الصِّناعة اللُّغويَّة القائِمة بَين الإنسان والآلة باعتبارِهِما صِنوان لا يَفترقان خاصَّة في ظلِّ عَصر التَّطوُّر المعلوماتيّ و الاتِّصاليّ مَا يُعرَف بالمُعالجة الآليَّة لِلُّغة العربيَّة. فإنَّنا ما نلحّ عليه من خِلال هذه التِّقنيَّة اللُّغويَّة هو إنجاز بَرنامج حاسُوبيّ لِبناء مُعجم إلكترونيّ لِلُّغة العربيَّة فَضلاً على ما تَتَميَّز به هذه اللُّغة المِعياريَّة من ضَوابِط وقواعِد بِنوع من الاطراد والتَّكامل بين سائر مُستوياتها: الصَّوتيَّة، والصَّرفيَّة، والنًحويَّة، والدًلاليَّة، والإحصائيَّة، ضِف إلى ذلك أنَّ إدخال الثَّروة اللُّغويَّة في نِظام الحَوسبَة لَيس بالأمر السَّهل وإنَّما يَحتاج إلى جُهود مُتظافِرة لنَرتقي بِهذه اللُّغة المِعياريَّة من خِلال رَقمنَتها بما يَتلاءم والعَصر التِّقنيّ فَرغم كلّ هذه الامتِيازات إلاَّ أنَّنا في حَقيقَة الأمر ما زلنا نُعاني من صعوبات لغويَّة، وتقنيَّة نظرًا لِما تَمتاز به هذه اللُّغة مِن نِظام قائِم على الاشتِقاق والتَّصريف الَّذي يُغيِّر من تَركيب للمُفردات المُشتَقَّة، إضافة إلى التَّعريب، والمَجاز، والنًحت. فَكلّ هذه السِّيمات تُشكِّل صُعوبة في الوصف اللِّسانيّ لِسائر مكوِّنات النِّظام اللُّغويّ بِصفةٍ آليَّةٍ ما يَزيد من عَرقلة إنجاز مُعجم إلكترونيّ لِلُّغة العربيَّة. Today, the Arabic language faces many challenges that call for the advancement of its reality in order to keep pace with the existing linguistic industry between man and machine, as they are two inseparable branches, especially in the light of the modernization of the Arabic language and the development of informational developmentWhat we insist on, through this linguistic technique, is to implement a computer program to build an electronic lexicon for the Arabic language, in addition to what is characterized by this standard language in terms of controls, rules, numerals, suffixes, integers, and its various types: , Add to that the linguistic wealth entry in the computing system is not easy but it needs to Mtzafarh efforts to live up to this standard language through digitization to suit the technical and age Despite all these privileges, but we really are still suffering from the difficulties of language and technology because of the advantage This language has a system based on derivation and inflection that changes the structure of the derived vocabulary, in addition to Arabization, metaphor, and sculpture. All of these features make it difficult to describe the linguistic system in an automatic way, which further hinders the achievement of an electronic lexicon for the Arabic language.
