أثر استخدام منهجية Six Sigma على تحسين أداء البنوك التجارية الجزائرية -عينة لبعض البنوك العاملة في ولاية بشار-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق منهجية six sigma على تحسين أداء البنوك التجارية الجزائرية لعينة من البنوك لولاية بشار وفقا لتطبيق عناصر نموذج DMAIC. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج القياسي وذلك بالاعتماد على الاستبيان وتحليل البيانات، والاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS نسخة 26. أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود استعداد لدى البنوك التجارية لولاية بشار على تبني هذه المنهجية، إضافة الى وجود أثر قوي ذو دلالة احصائية بين تطبيق منهجية six sigma وتحسين أداء البنوك التجارية الجزائرية محل الدراسة. أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة توعية البنوك الجزائرية بأهمية استخدام التقنيات والمناهج الحديثة والتي تعتبر منهجية Six sigma من أبرزها بغية تحسين أدائها، وكذلك الاستعانة بالخبراء والاستشاريين في هذه المنهجية. This study aimed to identify the effect of applying the six sigma methodology on improving the performance of Algerian commercial banks for a sample of banks in Bechar, according to the application of the elements of the DMAIC model. To achieve these goals, the descriptive-analytical method and the standard method were used, based on the questionnaire and data analysis, using the SPSS version 26 program. The study concluded that there was a significant statistical impact between each application of six sigma model elements (DMAIC) and the performance improvement of Algerian banks. And there's a willingness on the part of these banks to use this methodology of six sigma. The study recommended that Algerian banks should be made aware of the importance of using modern techniques and methods, particularly the Six-sigma methodology, to improve their performance, and the use of experts and consultants in this methodology
