دور الدبلوماسية التجارية في تعزيز جاذبية الاقتصاد الجزائري في إطار منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه الدبلوماسية التجارية في خلق تنافسية للاقتصاد الجزائري باعتماد أنشطة وأدوات الدبلوماسية التجارية التي تهدف إلى الترويج للصادرات والاستثمار الأجنبي، وحماية مصالح المتعاملين الاقتصاديين الجزائريين على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي، خاصة في ظل دخول منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية حيز التطبيق. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تفعيل أنشطة الدبلوماسية التجارية خيار لابد منه لتعزيز التواجد التجاري في الخارج خاصة في الأسواق الإفريقية، حيت تساهم أدوات الدبلوماسية التجارية في تعزيز التجارة البينية، وولوج المنتجات الجزائرية للأسواق الإفريقية، وذلك بتوسيع شبكة المكلفين بالشؤون الاقتصادية والتجارية، وإقامة وكالات لترويج الصادراتThis research paper aims to highlight the role that commercial diplomacy can play in creating competitiveness for the Algerian economy by adopting the activities and tools of commercial diplomacy aimed at promoting exports and foreign investment, and protecting the interests of Algerian economic dealers at the regional and international levels; especially in light of the entry into the free trade zone. It concluded that activating the activities of commercial diplomacy is a necessary option to enhance commercial presence abroad; especially in African markets, as the tools of commercial diplomacy contribute to enhancing intra-regional trade and the access of Algerian products to African markets, by expanding the network of those charged with economic and commercial affairs and establishing Export promotion agencies.
