Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر، من خلال التطرق إلى مختلف الإجراءات والتسهيلات لترقية الصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات، وكذا الاستراتيجيات المتبعة من قبل الجزائر مع الدول الافريقية لزيادة التجارة البينية وتنويع الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات وترقيتها، وقد تبين أن لهذه المنطقة دور فعال في ذلك فالجزائر تراهن -كبوابة لإفريقيا من أجل الرفع من صادراتها خارج المحروقات - على إعادة فتح المعابر الحدودية وخلق المناطق التجارية الحرة إضافة إلى مشروع الطريق العابر للصحراء. الكلمات المفتاح : منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية- ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات – التكامل الاقتصادي. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of the African Continental Free Trade Zone in promoting exports outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria, by addressing the various procedures and facilities to promote Algerian exports outside the hydrocarbon sector, as well as the strategies adopted by Algeria with African countries to increase intraregional trade and diversify exports outside the hydrocarbon sector. and promoting hydrocarbons, and it has been shown that this region has an active role in this, as Algeria is betting - as a gateway to Africa in order to increase its exports outside hydrocarbons - on reopening border crossings and creating free trade zones in addition to the Trans-Saharan Road project.
