تحليل مؤشرات التنافسية الاقتصادية في الجزائر وفق مؤشر التنافسية العالمي والعربي دراسة مقارنة خلال الفترة 2016-2023

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة موضوع تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني الجزائري استناداً إلى مؤشر التنافسية العالمي GCI الصادر بتقرير المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي، ومؤشر تنافسية الاقتصادات العربية الصادر عن صندوق النقد العربي خلال الفترة (2016-2023). هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان المفاهيم النظرية للتنافسية، مع رصد وإبراز موقع تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني الجزائري عالمياً وعربياً، ومقارنة أداء الاقتصاد الوطني على هذين المؤشرين مع كل من الاقتصاد السعودي والاقتصاد المصري، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لوصف وتحليل واقع تنافسية الاقتصاد الجزائري. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن الاقتصاد الوطني الجزائري يقع في كلا المؤشرين في مرتبة متدنية وأنه يحتاج لكثير من الإصلاح الذي يمس هيكل الاقتصاد. وأن الاقتصاد الجزائري لديه بعض نقاط القوة التي يمكن أن تسهم في تعزيز تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني على مؤشر التنافسية العربي والعالمي، ولكنه يعاني من نقاط ضعف أثرت في تراجع تصنيفه على المؤشرات العالمية والإقليمية. The study focused on the competitiveness of the Algerian national economy as assessed by two primary metrics: the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) and the Arab Economies Competitiveness Index, compiled by the Arab Monetary Fund, over the period from 2016 to 2023. The objective of this research was to elucidate theoretical concepts related to competitiveness while evaluating and highlighting Algeria’s competitive standing both globally and within the Arab world. Additionally, it involved a comparative analysis of Algeria's economic performance on these indices with that of Saudi Arabia's and Egypt's economic. Employing a descriptive and analytical methodology, this investigation provides an in-depth description and analysis of Algeria's economic competitiveness. Key findings reveal that Algeria ranks poorly on both indices, signifying significant structural reforms are needed within its economy. Despite certain strengths that could potentially enhance its competitiveness regionally and internationally, weaknesses persist which have led to its decline in global and regional rankings.
