مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية وانعكاسها على الثقافة السياسية في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى محاولة تبيان دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في تعزيز الثقافة السياسية في الجزائر كون مفهوم الثقافة السياسية مفهوما يعتريه الغموض باعتباره ذو صلة بمفاهيم عديدة من جهة ومن جهة اخرى عدم ارتكازه على مستوى واحد من التحليل والتفسير وكذلك المحاولات العديدة للتأصيل العلمي حيث يؤكد بعض الدارسين والمهتمين ان دراسة الثقافة السياسية انما هي ضرب من الخيال السياسيPolitical Imagination” " وذلك لضرورة الاحاطة بالإطار المرجعي للثقافة السياسية في شموله وكليته من خلال دراسة المعتقدات والقيم والمعايير وأنماط السلوك التي تكمن خلف القرارات والعمليات السياسية وهذا مايفسر اهمية كتابات كل من "لازويل Lasswell " و "موسكا Mosca" و "نيومان Neumann" الذين تناولو تحليل النظم السياسية من خلال الخلفية الثقافية والسياسية لها بالإضافة الى قابريال الموند وسيدني فيربا، وايضا الى خصوصية كل مجتمع واختلافه بما يميز ثقافته السياسية وفق ما فرض عليه من محطات تاريخية وقيم فكرية وثقافة دينية تجسدت من خلال مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية من اسرة ومساجد وزوايا ومدرسة وجامعة ...) : This study aims to try to explain the role of socialization institutions in promoting political culture in Algeria, as the concept of political culture is a concept that is ambiguous, as it is related to many concepts on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is not based on one level of analysis and interpretation, as well as the numerous attempts of scientific rooting as some scholars assert And those who are interested in studying political culture are a form of political imagination, because it is necessary to take note of the frame of reference of political culture in its comprehensiveness and entirety by studying the beliefs, values, standards, and patterns of behavior that lie behind political decisions and processes. This explains the importance of the writings of Lazwell, Muska and Newman who dealt with analyzing political systems through their cultural and political background in addition to Gabriel Almond and Sydney Verba, in addition to the specificity of each society and its difference in what distinguishes its political culture according to what was imposed on it from historical stations, intellectual values and religious culture She embodied through the institutions of socialization, such as a family.
