تقييم سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر باستخدام مؤشر هرفندل-هيرشمان خلال الفترة 2001-2020
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم -من خلال قياس- درجة التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر خارج قطاع المحروقات بالاعتماد على مؤشر هرفندل-هيرشمان، من خلال بعض المؤشرات الكلية للاقتصاد وذلك للفترة 2001-2020. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مسألة التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر تبقى مرهونة بتقليص العوائق والتحديات التي تحد منه مع ضرورة تبني التنويع الاقتصادي كإستراتيجية قائمة وخيار تنموي مستدام يعمل على خلق مصادر دخل جديدة غير تابعة للنفط. This study aims to evaluate -by measuring- the degree of economic diversification in Algeria outside the hydrocarbons sector, based on the Hirvendal-Hirschman index, through some macroeconomic indicators for the period 2001-2020. The study concluded that the issue of economic diversification in Algeria remains dependent on reducing the obstacles and challenges that limit it, with the need to adopt economic diversification as an existing strategy and a sustainable development option that creates new sources of income independent from oil.
