تبعية الاقتصاد الجزائري لقطاع المحروقات وتحليل درجة تنوعه حسب مؤشر هرفندل-هيرشمان ( (h.h خلال الفترة (2001-2019)

Résumé: يلعب قطاع المحروقات الدور القائد في الاقتصاد الجزائري، إذ أنه يشكل المورد الرئيسي للموازنة العامة والمساهم الأكبر في تكوين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، الأمر الذي جعل للجزائر مكانة مهمة في السوق النفطية العالمية، وذلك لما تمتلكه من إمكانيات نفطية ومميزات تنفرد بها عن باقي الدول الأخرى، ولكن تسعى معظم الدول النفطية كالجزائر إلى تقليل اعتمادها المفرط على هذا المورد الطبيعي، من خلال تنويع اقتصادها، نظرا لعدم استقرار الأسواق العالمية، خاصة أن أسعار البترول تشهد تقلبات عديدة بين الارتفاع والانخفاض قد تساهم في انتعاش الاقتصاد أو تثبيطه. The hydrocarbon sector plays a leading role in the Algerian economy, as it is the main resource for the public budget and major contributor of the gross domestic product, which made Algeria an important place in the world oil market. because of its oil potential and its unique characteristics in other countries. However, most oil-producing countries such as Algeria seek to reduce their excessive dependence on this natural resource, by diversifying their economies, due to the instability of global markets. Especially since oil prices are witnessing many fluctuations between high and low, which may contribute to or discourage of the economic recovery.
