Résumé: تُشكّل مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية، بما تشمله من أسرة ومدرسة ووسائل إعلام ومؤسسات دينية وثقافية، نسيجًا متكاملًا يُسهم في بناء الأمن الاجتماعي وصيانته، حيث تعمل هذه المؤسسات بشكل متكامل ومتداخل على تشكيل الهوية الفردية والجماعية، وغرس القيم والمبادئ التي تُعزز الاستقرار النفسي والاجتماعي. فالأمن الاجتماعي لا يقتصر فقط على غياب العنف أو الصراعات، بل يتعدّاه ليشمل وجود بيئة آمنة تسودها الثقة والتعاون والاحترام المتبادل بين أفراد المجتمع. وفي هذا الإطار، تُعد الأسرة اللبنة الأولى التي تُرسّخ مفاهيم الأمان والانتماء، حيث يتعلم الفرد من خلالها المبادئ الأساسية للتعامل مع الآخرين، كالتعاطف والتسامح واحترام حقوق الغير، مما يُسهم في تكوين شخصية متوازنة قادرة على التفاعل الإيجابي مع محيطها. وبالتالي، فإن تعزيز دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية وتطوير آليات عملها يُعد استثمارًا استراتيجيًا في بناء مجتمع قوي ومتماسك، قادر على مواجهة التحديات الداخلية والخارجية التي قد تهدد أمنه واستقراره. فمن خلال تعاون هذه المؤسسات وتكامل أدوارها، يمكن خلق بيئة اجتماعية تسودها الثقة والتعاون، مما يُسهم في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي الشامل، الذي يُعد أساسًا لأي تقدم أو تنمية مستدامة. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في تعزيز أبعاد الأمن الاجتماعي، وهي :ا لأمن العاطفي، الذي يرتبط بالاستقرار النفسي والعاطفي للأفراد؛ والأمن الفكري، الذي يعنى بتعزيز التفكير النقدي البنّاء ونبذ التطرف؛ والأمن القيمي، الذي يتعلق بترسيخ القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية؛ والأمن الصحي، الذي يركز على الصحة الجسدية والنفسية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، اعتمد الباحثان منهج المسح الاجتماعي، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (81) مشرفًا تربويًا، وتم تطوير استبانة علمية لقياس هذه الأبعاد، مع استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات واستخراج النتائج. أظهرت النتائج أن دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في تعزيز الأمن الاجتماعي ككل جاء بدرجة متوسطة، مما يشير إلى أن هذه المؤسسات تُسهم بشكل معقول في تعزيز الأمن الاجتماعي، لكنها لا تزال بحاجة إلى تطوير لتحقيق تأثير أكبر. وفي التفاصيل، لوحظ أن دورها في تعزيز الأمن القيمي جاء بدرجة ضعيفة، وهو ما يُعد مؤشرًا على وجود قصور في ترسيخ القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية، ربما بسبب التحديات التي تواجهها الأسرة والمدرسة في ظل التغيرات الاجتماعية السريعة، أو ضعف المناهج التعليمية والثقافية في تعزيز الهوية القيمية. أما بالنسبة للأبعاد الأخرى، فقد جاء دورها في تعزيز الأمن العاطفي والأمن الصحي والأمن الفكري بدرجة متوسطة، مما يعكس وجود جهود تُبذل في هذه المجالات، لكنها تظل غير كافية لمواجهة التحديات المعاصرة، مثل انتشار الأمراض النفسية، وانتشار الأفكار المتطرفة، وضعف التفكير النقدي لدى الأفراد. في الختام، تُوصي الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ووسائل الإعلام كأدوات فاعلة في التأثير الإيجابي على وعي وسلوك الأفراد، حيث يمكن لهذه الوسائل أن تُسهم في نشر الوعي بالقيم الأخلاقية والصحية والفكرية. كما تُوصي بوضع خطة استراتيجية وطنية تهدف إلى توفير الإمكانيات المادية واللوجستية التي تدعم مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في أداء أدوارها، مثل تعزيز الخدمات الصحية، وتوفير الأماكن الترفيهية والثقافية، ودعم الاقتصاد المحلي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تُؤكد الدراسة على أهمية مراجعة وتقييم دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية بشكل دوري، لضمان مواكبتها للتطورات التكنولوجية والثقافية السريعة، ولتصبح أكثر قربًا من احتياجات الأفراد في ظل الانفتاح الثقافي والتحديات المعاصرة. بشكل عام، تُظهر الدراسة أن تعزيز الأمن الاجتماعي يتطلب تعاونًا وثيقًا بين جميع الجهات المعنية، بما في ذلك الحكومة والمجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص، لضمان بناء مجتمع آمن ومستقر قادر على مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية بفعالية. Socialization institutions, including the family, school, media, religious, and cultural organizations, form an integrated network that contributes to building and maintaining social security. These institutions work collectively and interdependently to shape individual and collective identities, instilling values and principles that enhance psychological and social stability. Social security is not merely the absence of violence or conflicts; it extends to the existence of a safe environment characterized by trust, cooperation, and mutual respect among community members. In this context, the family serves as the foundational unit that establishes concepts of safety and belonging. Through the family, individuals learn basic principles of interaction, such as empathy, tolerance, and respect for others' rights, contributing to the formation of balanced personalities capable of positive engagement with their surroundings. Therefore, strengthening the role of socialization institutions and developing their mechanisms of operation is a strategic investment in building a strong and cohesive society capable of addressing internal and external challenges that may threaten its security and stability. Through the collaboration and integration of these institutions, a social environment characterized by trust and cooperation can be created, contributing to the achievement of comprehensive social security, which is the foundation for any progress or sustainable development. The study aimed to identify the role of socializing institutions in enhancing the dimensions of social security, which include: emotional security, related to individuals' psychological and emotional stability; intellectual security, which focuses on promoting constructive critical thinking and rejecting extremism; value-based security, concerned with reinforcing moral and social values; and health security, which emphasizes physical and mental health. To achieve these objectives, the researchers adopted the social survey method, where a random sample of (81) educational supervisors was selected. A scientific questionnaire was developed to measure these dimensions, and the statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and extract the results. The findings revealed that the role of socialization institutions in enhancing overall social security was moderate, indicating that these institutions contribute reasonably to promoting social security but still require development to achieve greater impact. In detail, it was observed that their role in enhancing value-based security was weak, which may indicate a deficiency in instilling ethical and social values, possibly due to the challenges faced by families and schools amid rapid social changes or the inadequacy of educational and cultural curricula in reinforcing value-based identity. As for the other dimensions, the role of these institutions in promoting emotional security, health security, and intellectual security was moderate, reflecting efforts in these areas that remain insufficient to address contemporary challenges, such as the spread of mental illnesses, extremist ideologies, and weak critical thinking among individuals. In conclusion, the study recommends leveraging social media and traditional media as effective tools for positively influencing individuals' awareness and behavior, as these platforms can contribute to spreading awareness of ethical, health-related, and intellectual values. It also recommends the development of a national strategic plan aimed at providing the material and logistical resources necessary to support socialization institutions in fulfilling their roles, such as enhancing healthcare services, providing recreational and cultural spaces, and supporting the local economy. Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of periodically reviewing and evaluating the role of socialization institutions to ensure they keep pace with rapid technological and cultural developments and become more responsive to individuals' needs in the face of cultural openness and contemporary challenges. Overall, the study demonstrates that enhancing social security requires close collaboration among all relevant stakeholders, including the government, civil society, and the private sector, to ensure the building of a secure and stable society capable of effectively addressing future challenges .
