واقع وآفاق المخطط التوجيهي للمناطق الأثرية والتاريخية في تحقيق مجال حفظ وتثمين التراث الأثري الجزائري (قراءة في مضمونه)
Résumé: يتناول موضوع المقال قراءة لمضمون المخطط التوجيهي للمناطق الأثرية والتاريخية الصّادر سنة 2007م، فهو من أحد المخطّطات الوطنية التي برمجت ضمن المخطّط التوجيهي الوطني للتهيئة والإقليم (SNAT) الصّادر سنة 2005م، هدفه تحديد الآفاق المستقبلية في مجال حفظ وتثمين التراث الأثري الوطني من خلال ما ورد في المرجعية القانونية 98-04 المتعلق بحماية التراث الثقافي، وتعزيز الاجراءات الادارية ، والتقنية، والمالية في تسيير وإدارة التراث الأثري ودمجه ضمن متطلبات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية The Subject of the Article deals with a reading of the content of the master Plan for Archaeological and Historical Areas issued in 2007, as it is one of the National Plans programmed within the national master plan for preparation and territory issued in 2005. The law 98-04 related to the Protection of Cultural Heritage, the strengthening of Administrative, Technical and Financial procedures in the Management of Archaeological Heritage and its integration within the requirements of Economic and Social Development
