Résumé: نتناول ضمن هذا المقال مسار تطوّر مجال حفظ وتثمين التراث الأثري ضمن متطلبات مشاريع التنمية المستدامة من خلال تفعيل المنظومة التشريعية الوطنية التّي تدعم كل الآليات الجديدة في سبيل تحقيق المبتغى، وبطبيعة الحال حتى نضمن دمج استراتيجية علم الآثار الوقائي في سياسة تطبيق مبادئ التنمية المستدامة لابدّ من فتح مجال الشراكة والتنسيق مع المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، ولتدارك الجزائر الاختلالات الحاصلة في اتبّاع السياسة الجديدة في حماية تراثها الثقافي وترقيته خصوصا في الآونة الاخير ، كان عليها تسريع وتيرة مراجعة القانون 98-04 المتعلّق بحماية التراث الثقافي، وكذا تطبيق ما نصّ عليه المخطّط التوجيهي للمناطق التاريخية والاثرية لسنة 2007م. Abstract: In This Article, We discuss the Development path of the Field of Archaeological Preservation and Valorization within the requirements of Sustainable Development Projects by activating the national legislative system that supports all New Mechanisms in order to achieve the goal, and of course in order to ensure the integration of the Preventive Archeology Strategy into the policy of applying the principles of Sustainable Development, it is necessary to open In the field of partnership and coordination with the Economic and Social Fields, and in order for Algeria to rectify the imbalances that occurred in following the new policy in the protection and promotion of its cultural heritage, especially in the recent times, it had to speed up the pace of reviewing Law 98-04 related to the Protection of Cultural Heritage, as well as implementing what was stipulated in the master plan for historical and archaeological areas for the year 2007.
